All products are made to order to minimize waste within our industry. 

Please allow a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipment. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once the order has been shipped.

- Tracking #

- Order information

- Estimated delivery date

We do not edit or change delivery addresses on any order. We will only ship to the address provided. 

By purchasing from gudpplfashionhouse.com, you agree to assume responsibility of an item once the item has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided through our delivery channels (FedEx or USPS). We DO NOT replace LOST or STOLEN packages. If there is a delay or any exception to delivery, we do our best to assist you in locating the order but you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider (FedEx or USPS)

If unsatisfied with order we will gladly EXCHANGE items based on available inventory. All exchanges are dependent upon available inventory.

To ensure the desired item is still available before sending the item back for an exchange. To complete an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition and sent back in its original packaging to the address provided within 14 days of purchase. Exchange option is only available for 14 days from the day of receipt. If 14 days have passed after receiving the package we cannot offer an exchange. Do not send back orders without approval.

güdPPL is not responsible for shipping charges for exchanges. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number when sending items back. güdPPL is not responsible for lost packages

If an item is defective we will send you a replacement of the EXACT item. No exceptions. 

Only regular priced items are available for exchange. All sales items are final. No exceptions.
